Make sure to bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water to our kemetic yoga session taught by Deja Light San Antonio's 1st Kemetic Yoga instructor! Come flow and let go of pain and tension while finding peace of mind through serene movement!
- Sound Healing 12p-12:45p
Sound healing will be performed by using crystal singing bowls to emit pleasent vibrations and hums to help relax the mind and body. Each crystal bowl resonates with a different chakra of the body to help bring mental clarity, balance, spiritual enlightment, relaxation, decrease anxiety, stress & much more!
